Schedule Initial Assessment

An initial assessment at Athlete Protocol involves a comprehensive evaluation of an athlete's current fitness level, nutrition habits, and personal goals. The assessment includes the following components:

  • Health and medical history: This involves gathering information about any previous or current medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications, or lifestyle factors that may affect the athlete's ability to engage in all physical activity.
  • Movement screening: This involves assessing the athlete's movement patterns and identifying any muscular imbalances, mobility restrictions, or areas of weakness that may increase the risk of injury or limit performance.
  • Performance evaluation: This involves measuring and evaluating key performance parameters in performance such as lower & upper body power, speed, agility, strength, and conditioning.
  • Goal setting: This involves discussing the athlete's personal goals and developing a customized plan to help them achieve those goals. This involves setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals and developing a training program that is tailored to the individual's needs and goals.
  • Nutrition evaluation: This involves evaluating the athlete's current nutrition habits and providing guidance on how to make healthier food choices and optimize their nutrition to support their performance goals.

Based on the results of the initial assessment, the coach develops a customized training plan that addresses the athlete's unique needs, preferences, and goals designed to help the athletes reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Common Questions

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
